Gold Output does not require an account and does not ask for your email address or payment details. We do not ask for your real name either: the only names on the site are ones you choose to type yourself — an optional display name for the price prediction game and an optional author name on equipment reviews — and both are saved only in your browser's local storage on your device. The calculations you run in the profitability calculator are processed in your browser. Equipment price alerts you create are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded to us.

This site is supported by advertising and uses Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.

Ads are clearly labelled and never replace calculator results. We do not run third-party analytics scripts. Our price API applies short-lived, per-IP rate limiting: when your browser requests price data, your IP address is stored for 120 seconds solely to enforce request limits and is then automatically deleted. Apart from that transient rate-limit record, traffic is measured only in aggregate, server-side counts that cannot identify you.

Your currency preference and price alerts are saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers them between visits. This data stays on your device. Clearing your browser data removes it permanently.
